Hold On To Your Butts Worcester Theatre reviews
Really, Really Good!
I attended the opening night of Rod Stewart at Caesars Palace in LV with my mother on. I was one of the younger attendees at 43 years old. The Colliseum at Caesars had no bad seats, except maybe in the second upper level. Rod sang all of his 'hits' and I knew almost all the words. The band was amazing, and my favorite was the girl who played the violin and mandolin. During the concert, one of the backup singers did a great rendition of Tina Turner's 'Proud Mary' while Rod was changing. Rod sounded awesome!! About three-quarters of the way through, they performed a few unplugged songs that I really enjoyed. The stage setup was minimal but adequate. They displayed some amusing old photos of Rod. Even though it was a gift for my mother, I had a great time.
